Lindy Bradley, Esq. a partner at Bradley, Gmelich + Wellerstein LLP, focuses her litigation and business practice on representing clients in the supermarket, grocery, big box stores, retail and restaurant industries, as well as public entity defense. She has a keen understanding of the full range of needs these industries encounter on a regular day-to-day basis. With over twenty-two years of solid experience as an attorney and trial litigator, her expertise extends to defending various supermarkets, retailers, public entities, corporate clients and insurance carriers against claims of property damage and physical injury. Ms. Bradley routinely represents clients in large exposure lawsuits from inception through trial. She draws upon a variety of experience in civil litigation, including defense against claims of premises liability, products liability, and government tort liability.

For the last eighteen years of her practice, Ms. Bradley has specialized in grocery store and restaurant litigation as well as accidents in other retail settings. Ms. Bradley routinely defends cases arising from claims of slip and fall, trip and fall, and food-borne illnesses for numerous national grocery and retail operations.

Ms. Bradley also practices public entity litigation with a specific emphasis on claims related to alleged dangerous conditions of public property. Ms. Bradley’s public entity practice is dedicated to providing specialized representation to government entities and agencies which includes analysis of state and local ordinances, as well as direct communication and presentation to governing bodies, such as city councils, mayors, and city attorneys. Ms. Bradley understands that government entity clients require a broad spectrum of experience in litigating the diverse issues they face, such as detailed interpretation of the nuances of the Government Code and its application to litigation. Ms. Bradley has defended public entities in litigated claims since 2005, representing both City officers and employees. She also routinely handles private security litigation, business litigation, and corporate defense.
