Jonathan A. Ross is an experienced civil litigator who has tried a substantial number of jury trials in California State Court, Federal Court and New York State Court. In addition, he has also arbitrated and mediated countless cases, as well as numerous court trials without a jury. Mr. Ross has extensive experience in civil litigation, having litigated over one thousand cases in his almost 30 years of experience in civil litigation, securing excellent results for his clients. Mr. Ross handles a wide variety of matters, including complex litigation, business and contractual litigation, catastrophic injuries, employment litigation, products liability, premises liability, and general insurance defense litigation. He counsels clients on proactive ways to reduce their risks, and provides seminars and training on some of the legal issues they face. Prior to engaging in his civil practice, Mr. Ross served the People of the State of New York as an Assistant District Attorney in Brooklyn, prosecuting both felonies and misdemeanors.
